103: Stock over max limit alarm

This is a preliminary announcement for a new facility that will be available in build 21.1.44 when it's released.

An option has been added to the over-night re-scheduler to check for stock items that have exceeded their maximum level. Any such item detected will cause an entry to be placed in the diary to bring it to your attention.

This is intended to be useful in situations where you have committed to buying/making stock and the demand disappears (e.g. because the customer cancels an order). If a demand disappears, the un-allocated stock level will rise, if this takes the stock over the max-stock level you've set for that item then an entry will appear in your diary.
