129: Customer task list

If a support call is not resolved over the phone, an item is added to our task list. You can view those tasks raised on your behalf by logging into the list via http://support.match-it.com. If you do not know your user name and password, please phone the support line and they will be able to tell you.
From the task list you are able to see if a task has been started/completed etc and also view all the notes that have been attached to each task by us.
You can also create your own notes and edit any notes you've created in the past. For example you could add a note explaining your thoughts about a task that represented a new feature or you could provide further information about a task that represented a problem.
Another way to see your task list is to go wo the main Match-IT site - www.match-it.com - and click on the "Technical Support" link.
The task list interface has undegone some refurbishment today to improve clarity and fix some minor bugs.
