138: Multiple acquisition methods (buy/make/side-effect)

A new facility has been added to the scheduler in build 21.2.2 that will consider achieving a demand by exploring side-effect outputs as well as making and buying.

This is useful if you have parts that can be made/bought conventionally but can also be acquired by taking something else apart.

This facility is activated by setting the (also new) buy and make scheduling option (see a previous news announcement). When activated, all possibilities will be explored and the best chosen.
