140: Automatic multi-destination printing

A facility has been added to build 21.2.2 (to be released shortly) that allows a document to be routed to several destinations automatically. This is achieved by chaining layouts together. Printing the first layout in the chain will also trigger a print of all the other layouts chained to it.

This is useful in several situations. It can be used to both print and FAX a document. It can be used to route copy 1 to a printer with white paper, copy 2 to a printer with pink paper, copy 3 to a printer with blue paper, etc. It can be used to create the same document in different forms, e.g. for a works order a summary sheet followed by detailed operation sheets.
