162: Support emails

The task system has been extended such that all emails addressed to support@match-it.com are automatically converted into tasks and given a tracking number; attachments are supported. You will be notified by email of task creation and can follow progress by logging into the task system. A completion email is sent when tasks are signed off. You can add notes to tasks and respond to our notes when logged in.
Addressing technical support emails to alternative match-it.com addresses may result in delays to your email being processed.
Administrative queries (sales enquiries, requests for new builds and licence numbers etc) should still be sent to elaine@match-it.com.
PS: Some Match-IT users have not been receiving the task completion emails because their auto spam filter was catching them for some reason. We would be grateful if you could add support@match-it.com (or *@match-it.com) to your white/trusted/friends list if your quality procedures allow it; thanks.
