163: Stock check facilities

As of 24/11/04 (version 21.2.6) the two stock check facilities in Match-IT have been upgraded to operate in a similar fashion. Depending on the age of your system you may or may not have them in your ribbon (button) menus.

If you can't find them, they can be accessed from the Processes+GoAnywhere menu. Both are MS module processes, one called msStockReview and the other called msLocationStockTake (see Process column). Note that you can drag lines from Processes+GoAnywhere onto your ribbon menus and new buttons will be created.

msStockReview operates at a detailed level by displaying the quantities in individual batches, whereas msLocationStockTake operates at a higher location based level.
