166: New works order browse

A new works order valuation browse will be available in the next version (21.2.8) of Match-IT. Similar in operation to the sales line valuation, the browse allows you to total and sub-total by various criteria. Values reported are actual and estimated together with the variation between the two. Use the standard FR module valuation summaries hub to run the browse; i.e. the same place you would fire off a sales line valuation.
