167: Re-engineered scripting language using Lua

The scripting language built into Match-IT has been completely re-engineered to use the public Lua language as its base rather than a proprietary one.

The Lua language is much easier to learn and more powerful. You can read all about it at www.lua.org.

This facility will be avialable in the next build (21.2.8) to be released shortly.
