171: Build 21.3.0 released

Build 21.3.0 has now been released (11/08/05).
WARNING
The upgrade from a previous build when this build is run will TAKE A VERY LONG TIME.
This is due to a change in the way indexes are handled. Please allow enough time. It is recommended you initiate the upgrade at the end of the day and let it run through the night.
You must already be running build 21.2.8 to upgrade to this build. If you are not yet running build 21.2.8 you must upgrade to that version before attempting to install this build.
The major change in this release is the introduction of field level security control. With this you can control the visibility and editability of most fields in most forms. A typical use would be to hide price information from certain users.
This build has been tested in-house, however we cannot guarantee it to be problem free.
Please trial the new system before committing to it.
